High Point is a gorgeous 5.65 acre farm just south of Jackson, Michigan. It famously sits atop the third highest point in Michigan’s lower peninsula, with 13 miles of vistas in every direction. Structures
High Point Farm is a union of the best aspects of both the past and the present. Our goal was—and continues to be—to restore and update the property while embracing and staying true to its rich history. We are committed to accurate historical preservation whenever possible. Because of this thoughtful balance, the setting is as much modern as it is historic.
High Point Farm consists of a renovated two-story barn with a lounge on the lower level, an intimate chapel, a farm house, and many other structures that complement the farm atmosphere and contemporary country ambiance. A circular driveway allows for easy access to the barn, manor, grounds, and parking area.
The High Point Barn
The 100-year-old barn is the centerpiece of High Point Farm, serving as the primary entertainment location for event celebrations. We brought it back to its former glory by using the original flooring timbers, harvested from a 100-year-old barn located in Kila, Montana.
Upper Level
The upper level of the barn is ideal for large events, seating up to 200 guests. This space also includes accomodations for musicians and is great for dancing.Traditional barn doors slide open to reveal four glass doors leading to a walkway up to the farm house. Bistro lights bring an atmosphereic glow to the architecture and compliments the spectacular transformation into a grand ballroom.

The Stable Lounge
The Stable Lounge is located on the barn’s ground level. This area seats up to 60 guests and includes separate dressing and restrooms for ladies and gentlemen. A bar for refreshments sits across from doors that open up to a walkout patio and additional open air space. The Stable Lounge features original 100-year-old hand-cut fieldstone.
St. Micol Chapel
A charming passageway leads from the Stable Lounge to St. Micol Chapel. Originally a granary, this lovely chapel is ideal for intimate spiritual events such as baptisms, weddings, small funerals, and receptions.
The High Point Manor
Situated prominently across from the barn is the farm house: High Point Manor. This five-bedroom, two-bath home can accomodate up to 11 sleeping guests. All rooms are fully furnished. The kitchen and living room occupy most of the first floor.
The front porch invites the opportunity to sit and enjoy the company of family and friends. The High Point Manor also features a traditional mudroom entrance (you can’t have a farm house without one). Behind the house, an elevated deck overlooks expansive rolling hills.
The High Point Manor is perfect for a wedding party, family, or guests as part of a weekend package. It can also be rented by itself for any occasion.
