High Point Farm is open, available, and ready for your upcoming event. We are thrilled to offer a charming venue that is certain to commemorate your most important event. No matter what type of event you’re hosting—a wedding, corporate event, networking function, birthday, or charity gala—High Point Farm is the perfect choice.
We specialize in modern farm events. High Point can accommodate up to 200 guests, or provide a more intimate space for 60 guests or less. You many rent spaces together as a package or individually. So whether you’re looking for a large space or just a lounge, manor, or barn rental, we can accommodate your needs.
For weekend packages, you will have access to the property from Friday at 3PM through Sunday at 11AM. For single day rentals, you will have access to the property from 6AM through midnight.

What we Provide
- Tables and chairs, coordinated with your expected number of guests
- Dumpster and trash receptacles
- Linens for the house
What you’re responsible for
- Clean up of all trash—please bag garbage and put in the dumpster
- Breaking down of tables and chairs, placing them in the designated area
- Supervision of your guests
- Table linens
Rules
- No cooking allowed on site. There are amenities available to refrigerate and warm up food, but food preparation is not allowed onsite. Please have your event catered.
- No smoking allowed in any of the structures. You may smoke outside.
- No pets
- Do not affix any decorations to the walls
- No real candles
- No loud partying after 12:00AM
